Mountains and valley in the style of Van Gogh
Van Gogh’s landscape presents mountains surrounding a broad valley with a river running through the lower part of the scene. The sky occupies much of the composition, with sweeping clouds gathered around the bright Sun and a clear horizon beyond the distant terrain. A meadow stretches beside the water, bordered by trees and a darker forest along the valley slopes. Stones appear near the riverbank and across the foreground, while sunshine touches the land and separates the varied green, blue, and golden areas of the painted landscape.
